These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through this online store operated by Marie Noe, Czech Republic.
1. Product
The product offered through this store is The Pocket Encyclopaedia of Aromatherapy, supplied as an electronic book in digital format.
2. Order and payment
By placing an order, you agree to pay the price displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
3. Digital delivery
The e-book is supplied electronically after successful payment. Access or download instructions are provided electronically to the email address associated with the order.
By expressly requesting immediate delivery of the digital content before the end of any applicable statutory withdrawal period, and acknowledging the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal where provided by law, you agree that delivery may begin immediately after purchase.

4. Licence and copyright
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the e-book for your own private use.
The e-book and its contents are protected by copyright. Unless permitted by applicable law or expressly authorised by the relevant rights holders, you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, upload, share, or make the e-book or substantial parts of it available to third parties.
5. Technical problems and conformity
If the e-book is not delivered, cannot be accessed, is defective, or does not conform to the contract, please contact us so that we can provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
6. Refunds and withdrawal
Refunds and rights of withdrawal are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections granted to them by the law of their country of residence where such protections apply.
9. Alternative Dispute Resolution
If a consumer dispute arising from a purchase or service contract cannot be resolved directly between the consumer and the seller, the consumer may submit a request for out-of-court resolution of the dispute to the competent alternative dispute resolution body:
