Refund Policy – Digital Products

The Pocket Encyclopaedia of Aromatherapy is supplied as digital content in electronic format.

By purchasing the e-book and requesting immediate access to the digital content, you expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge that, once supply has begun, you lose your right of withdrawal where applicable under consumer law.

For this reason, refunds are generally not available once the e-book has been delivered or made available for download.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, defective, inaccessible, or does not conform to the contract. If you experience a technical problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.
