We sell digital products only. No physical products are shipped.

The ebook is delivered electronically after successful payment. Download or access instructions are sent to the email address provided with the order.

Delivery is normally initiated shortly after payment has been confirmed. In the event of a technical delay, please contact us at owp@owp.cz.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and for ensuring that their device and software are capable of opening the supplied ebook format.
